Nationwide Shipping Available. International delivery NOT available.
All gift baskets are shipped from St. Paul, Minnesota by UPS. UPS DOES NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping options include ground, overnight air, second day air and third day select. PLEASE NOTE: Day one of shipping DOES NOT include the day UPS picks up the package with the exception of Overnight Air in which the package will be delivered the next day. It starts the following day and does NOT include weekend days; only Monday thru Friday business days. If your package is picked up on a Friday, DAY ONE starts the following Monday. If you want your package shipped Second Day Air or Third Day Select you start counting DAY ONE the FOLLOWING DAY after UPS picks up the package. PLEASE CALL FOR PACKAGES GOING TO ALASKA AND HAWAII. If there is a mistake in shipping information or the recipient has a new address
and the package is shipped back to Baskets On Occasion, the customer will have to pay additional shipping charges

at $6.00 in Eagan, MN and go up depending on the designated zip code. PLEASE call for hand delivery rates.
Sales Tax
For orders originating
in Minnesota, a 6.5% Minnesota sales tax will be added to all applicable
gifts and gift baskets.
RETURN POLICY
If you need to return your basket please call us at 1-888-994-8399 for a RETURN number. We cannot accept returns without this number. We will happily credit the original charge card used in payment for the retail price of the basket, less a 20% restocking fee, less shipping and handling charges. You must notify us within 7 days of receipt of your basket. Baskets must be returned in their original unopened condition. If a basket is rerouted back to us by the shipper due to an invalid or incorrect address, or a refusal of delivery by the recipient, we will credit your charge card the retail price of the basket, less the 20% restocking fee, minus all shipping fees, including wrong address fees and return fees assessed to Baskets On occasion,Inc. by the carrier.
Due to state health laws, we cannot accept any opened basket for credit or exchange unless the items have been damaged in transit. If you ever receive a basket damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately so that we may rectify the situation for you. You must retain all packing materials for inspection by the carrier. We will not replace items due to damage unless we are notified upon receipt of the basket and all packing materials have been retained for inspection by the carrier. Any verified damaged items will be replaced only. We will not issue credit card refunds for damaged items.
VOLUME ORDERING POLICY: On basket orders of 5 or more, Baskets On Occasion has a 3 day grace period starting on the date of order when the customer can either cancel or change the number of baskets ordered. After that time, any changes in the quantity (less than stated in the orginal order) will result in a restocking fee of 20% per retail cost of the basket. If baskets have been already shipped, the customer can return unopened basket in orginal conditon & box and will incur a 20% re-stocking fee and all shipping and handling fees needed return to Baskets On Occasion.

the right to substitute items of equal or greater value at no extra charge;
